ParkNcharge EV Charger for Condos

Electric Vehicle is gaining traction due to increasing fuel prices and possible incentives that will benefits Filipinos once the EVIDA law will be fully implemented. Philippines is one of the ASEAN members in which the government is actively promotin Electric Vehicles or EVs. There are many distributors now in the Philippines who are selling all electric vehicles. The price range today is still above the P2M amark but it will soon go down, thanks to new developments on battery technologies and the EVIDA Law that will provide incentives to buyers specially on tax rebates.

Is the Philippines ready now for EV? CREVI which is the DoE's arm in implementing roadmaps for Electric Vehicles programs, is eyeing that by 2030, 10% of vehicles will be electric. This might still be a low target compared to other countries but this is quite a big goal for Philippines because the government has to consider the whole eco system to function properly in order to achieve these. The EVIDA will become a law hopefully before the middle this year and IRR by the end of 2022. As a result of this, there is a race for proper rules, regulations, programs and educations for the manufacturers, buyers/users, importers, chargers/operators, power generators and man power support to keep the whole system running effectively.

One end user group that should plan ahead their EV station system are the multi dwelling units or condominiums. Since unit owners share common parking, it was not designed for individual socket to support individual charging stations for the EVs. With the proposed law to mandate building owners to allocate certain percentage of their parking spaces for EV charging station, this is not an easy tasks to operate. Moreover, there is no need for unit owners to own or invest dedicated EV charger for Condos because a typical EV user with City driviing range will only charge twice per month and imagine if any EV users in the condo will be allowed to wire their chrager to the building's circuit breaker. The HOA must set up a shared, managed payment system in order to run an EV charging system in their parking areas, as part of the services the HOA can provide to its members. This is where ParkNcharge can help the HOA since it addresses these concerns. ParkNcharge is designed with the Condo as the merchant in mind. Since ParkNcharge is running via Cloud, any HOA or condominium operator can achieve simkple operation of EV by connecting any EV charger system to ParkNcharge. The advantage of which is that HOA does not need to worry designing the system but immediately use the ParkNcharge payment management system for shared EV charging station in their parking spaces and start operations. ParkNcharge is an end to end EV charger provider that covers, planning, regulations, permiting, site location, supply, installation, commissoining, operations and maintenance of the whole system. ParkNcharge cloud & core platform can be accessed anywhere with data thereby giving the flexibility to manage any EV charger site immediately.

ParkNcharge can be ordered by any Condominiums in the Philippines and can be supported real time. You can contact SysNet at +632 8811-1530 or email at sales@sysnetph.com
